we have carefully selected the printing companies that we work with to provide you with exceptional quality albums and artwork that show off your wedding images.
our range of contemporary hand bound albums are a beautiful way to display your wedding collection. all album layouts are designed by me to create a stunning story book of your day, containing your favourite moments and images.
fine art album
fine art albums are printed on stunning giclée paper producing deep, rich colours and beautiful black & whites. the paper is mounted onto board to produce rigid flush-mounted pages. like our classic albums (see below), the fine art albums lay flat when open, with panoramic printing from edge to edge and across the central seam. the final result is a stunning book with an amazing colour spectrum and fantastic vibrancy. we were blown away by the quality of these albums.
classic album
our classic albums are 12” x 8.5” and available in landscape or portrait format. inside your album you have the option of traditional flush mounted images with a central seam separating the double page spreads or, alternatively, our popular photographic pages which are mounted on a rigid heavy weight board and lay completely flat when open - allowing full double page panoramic photographic printing. a range of cover options are also available including acrylic, leather, cameo, and suede.
classic albums also have the option of coming with smaller duplicate ‘parent’ books produced from the same template. these are available as your choice of either: 2x A5 hardback duplicate books, 4x A6 hardback duplicate books, or 8x A6 softback duplicate books. parent books can be added to the package for £150.
how it works
i will bring along some example albums during our initial consultation meeting to show you some of my work. however, to arrange to view or discuss these at any other time, please get in touch.
all albums contain 40 pages (20 double pages) and usually between 75 to 120 images. additional pages are available to purchase if required. all albums are designed by me and then sent to you to review and for any tweaking. once the final design is approved you then choose the cover style and i will order the completed album. this should arrive with you within 4 weeks.
whilst i would love for everyone to get an album made, i also understand that weddings are an expensive time. therefore, if you have not opted for an album in your photography package, you are welcome to get in touch with me at any time in the future (i have had clients return after a year or more!) and i would be happy to design and print an album for you.
artwork
you can give your favourite images a stylish, modern finish. we have sourced a range of unique frames and offer 3 main mounting options.
traditional mounted and framed
this option contains a high-quality fine art photographic print and can be framed with or without mounts or glass. our favourite is the ‘simplicity’ frame (shown here), a square contemporary frame with a satin finish and wooden frame. In this style, the image can be printed with or without borders.
framed canvas wrap
printed using 12 colour technology to give you the ultimate colour range, our canvases are sealed, making them moisture and uv protected. stretched around 2” bars and made from finger jointed pine gives them a superior quality that is knot free and will not bow. corners are tensioned with wedges that can also be tightened at a later date if necessary.
block mount
your image is printed on a satin laminate, then mounted onto jet black 20mm mdf and surrounded by a 2" high-grade, heavy weight wooden black frame. the frame creates a look and feel as if the image is ‘floating’ within the 2" square moulding.
prices start from £85 for a 16”x12” frame. this is the size we have decided to include in our full day photography package.
